A daily snapshot of protein, carbs and fat grams and percentages allows you to easily monitor your intake and manage your desired ratio, while a list of daily workouts to choose from helps you meet fitness goals.

My Diet Diary by MedHelp

This app tracks four essential components to weight loss: food, exercise, weight, and water consumption. You can see at any given time whether you are on track to lose weight, gain weight or stay the same, so that you can make the right choices to reach your goal.

Calorie Counter Dining Guide by Everyday Health

As more than just a calorie counter, this app works as a day-to-day guide to reaching your weight loss and fitness goals. It offers barcode scanning, offline entry, and dining-out guides, and meal inspiration to make your life easier.

The apps above are great options to help simplify tracking your progress by doing the math for you. By calculating the protein, carbohydrates, fat, sodium and calories, it’s easier to stay accountable. They also send you reminders to log your meals, while allowing you to add your own recipes and determine the nutrient content. Lastly, they are always available on our phones.
